Cybersecurity, Data, Service Management includes but is not limited to the following high-level categories:
- 1) Cyber/Information Security Services,
- 2) Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Services,
- 3) Information and Identification Services,
- 4) Teaching and Learning Services, and
- 5) Deployment Services.
The following descriptions are indicative of the services
covered under TOPS CAT Three.
- Cyber/Information Security services include, but are not limited to, risk reporting; analysis of existing environments and identification of deficiencies and gaps in information security; data protection services; cloud security services; security vulnerability and remediation; risk assessment; security operating procedures; penetration testing; security policies and processes; security and technical architecture; security engineering; safeguarding technical environments to mitigate information security risks; designing, implementatig, and administering cybersecurity detection capabilities; incident response and remediation; planning, designing and implementing systems to support critical business functions; maintaining essential aspects of business functionality; and coordinating, testing and updating disaster recovery plans.
- Data services include, but are not limited to, information architecture; data modeling; data transformation; data protection; decision support structures and systems; integrated data architecture; and enterprise data management.
- Service Management services include, but are not limited to, all IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities and delivery functions; ServiceNow subject matter expertise, development, and administration; Incident, Problem and Change process development and implementation; Configuration Management Database (CMDB); and root cause identification and remediation.
- Teaching and learning services include, but are not limited to, e-learning platforms; competency-based talent management services; custom training; product/topic specific classroom or virtual training; certification programs; software training; and instructional design.
